Early Learning Framework - Bush Kidz Early Learning Centres

Our staff have been selected for their dedication to children and their profession. Each team member is qualified or studying towards their early childhood qualification.

We encourage our staff to work together as a team and all staff take ownership of the centre and all children in attendance. Staff will work together in the care and education of all children and not just those in their groups.

We advocate professional development for our staff and therefore will be sending staff to workshops, seminars and conferences throughout the year to further their skill and knowledge. Throughout this time, the child care centre will employ equally qualified relief staff to replace permanent staff. The Centre will endeavour to use the same relief staff to keep consistency of care to a maximum.

The Centre works under the statutory obligations of employing staff in child care. All staff must be studying towards an appropriate qualification for your role in the centre. A minimum Certificate III in Children’s Services is required if you wish to work as an Educator in our Centre. A minimum Diploma of Children’s Services (or studying towards) is required if you wish to work as an Lead Educator (Group Leader) in our Centre. Directors must hold a minimum 3 year Early Childhood qualification and our Kindergarten Teachers must be 4 year early childhood qualified.
